Payment

Unicorn Glade Designs accepts payments directly through PayPal including Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). All custom orders must be paid in full before any items are made.

Shipping

I ship US domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. I include complimentary insurance on every order. All in stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time after shipment is 1-3 business days. I ship orders outside the US via First Class Package International Service. All in stock orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery time after shipment varies by country. Buyer is responsible for all customs duties and fees and any taxes. All custom orders will require additional time. Depending on the custom request, supplies might have to be ordered, so please make sure to ask me well in advance of any event that this will be needed for. Also, please be sure to let me know what date you will need the item(s) by.

Refund & Exchanges

It is important for me that you love your jewelry as much as I enjoyed making it. If you are unhappy with an item, you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Buyer must send back item in original condition and packaging via trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) at buyer's expense within 14 days (21 days for international orders) of notifying me. I recommend that packages be insured, since I will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged. Upon receipt of the return, I will issue a refund of the purchase price minus original shipping costs. There will also be a 10% restocking fee to recover various fees from the initial purchase. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your purchase. I will contact the carrier/insurance company and then give you further instructions on how to proceed.
