Wow! Excitement just oodles out of me to be able to share all of my craftiness and handmade products! I am a mother to 7 fabulous children, being a fiber artist takes second seat to being a wife and a mother but is first chair when it comes to keeping my sanity. Please do make requests for custom orders, as I love having a reason to get creative!

Payment

Paypal is the best form of payment, but if that doesn't work for you we can have a chat. I am also open to suggestions of trade if you have a product or service that you think would be a fair trade for my goods. (Of course that would open a whole new world of policy to protect us both from any sort of scam)

Shipping

All orders of finished products will be shipped promptly once payment is received. Custom Orders will vary, see below.

Refund & Exchanges

Handmade items are unique and the imperfections are what bring them to life. I strive to be accurate in descriptions and prompt in responding to questions. Therefore I am not offering refunds or exchanges. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let me know, perhaps there will be another solution.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to talk custom orders, whether they be finished product or handspun yarn. The cost and other terms will vary depending on the materials and time required. When a custom order is placed I will draw up a quote, we will agree on the cost and time frame before I begin the project. I will also require a deposit in the amount of 1/3 the total quoted prices. I am a very visual person so if you have a picture of your request it will help me to better create what you are looking for. I will put in every effort to present a product that fulfills your request. As stated above there are no refunds or exchanges, but if there is a problem I am happy to discuss other options to bring the best possible customer satisfaction. I put in special focused time and effort on all of my handmade goods. Care is taken to ensure a quality product for you to enjoy. When you receive your handmade goods from my store please continue to give it special care. Unless otherwise stated, they should be hand washed with gentle soap.
