Payment

~Payment~ I accept payment by PayPal only. However, if you don't have a PayPal account, you may still be able to pay for your purchase with a credit or debit card using PayPal's guest checkout service.

Shipping

All orders are posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment, not including Saturdays and Sundays. UK orders are posted by 1st class Royal Mail which normally takes 1-2 working days. International/non-UK orders are shipped by regular Airmail (non-tracked) which normally takes 5-14 business days depending on the destination, but on occasion it can take longer. Buyers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred by their particular country.

Refund & Exchanges

I AM responsible for getting your order to you - I know, refreshing huh? - so orders that don't arrive will be either remade and replaced (if possible) or refunded. I'm confindent that you'll be 100% satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you're not, I'm happy to accept returns for a refund (less shipping) or exchange if returned unused within 7 days of receipt. Please let me know that you are returning an item. Tutorials: Due to the nature of PDF files, I'm unable to refund tutorials once they have been downloaded or emailed to you.

~Colours and Measurements~ Bear in mind that colours can appear different on other screens but I do try to accurately describe the colours and shades and also try to make sure the colours in my photographs are as close to real life as possible. I always include measurements in my listings, in both centimetres and inches. Due to the nature of PDF files, I'm unable to refund tutorials once they have been emailed to you.
