Welcome to The Alchemists Vessel. We specialize in Chainmaille, Sterling Silver and Semi-precious Gemstone Jewelry. Like what you see, but don't see what you like? Custom work is welcome! All jewelry is lovingly handcrafted by the Owner / Designer Alixandra Browning with elements from everywhere. Comments and questions are always welcome.

Payment

All Payments are accepted via Paypal. We also accept payment via Check, Money Order or Credit Card. Please e-mail us for complete instructions on how to use one of the alternative payment methods.

Shipping

All shipping will be done by USPS (United States Postal Service). All packages are shipped in a padded envelop or USPS Flat Rate boxes, up to four (4) pounds. All International Orders are subject to the rules and regulations of the USPS, Small Custom forms and a Proof of Delivery will be required. Proof of Delivery is $11.40 for an envelope, it is included in the cost of the shipping. This is not a legal document, it is PROOF that the Postal Carrier has delivered your package to the address you specified, that is all.

Refund & Exchanges

Jewelry is a personal item and as such, The Alchemists Vessel can not re-sell the item as new or be sure that it has not been compromised in some way. We offer FREE repair or replacement along with the return of the original item. The customer is responsible for shipping the item to The Alchemists Vessel for repair, all costs and return shipping will be provided by The Alchemists Vessel at no additional charge to the customer. Please e-mail for instructions on how to return your item for repair or replacement.
