We accept PayPal payments.

Shipping

We ship mainly through USPS. There maybe the occasional usage of UPS. The use of USPS helps to keep the shipping costs lower for our customers. Tracking numbers will be provided on all packages sent to an address inside the US. International packages will have the custom number provided to them. I estimate on shipping costs. If at any time there is a difference greater than $2 for what I pay for shipping, I will gladly refund the difference. This means you are charged $18 for shipping and actual postage paid is $15, I will issue a $3 refund to you for the difference.

Refund & Exchanges

On stained glass items, great care is taken when packaging these items for shipping. I have never had an experience of one breaking during shipping. *Knocks on wood* In the event, you receive a stained glass piece that has been damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage. DO NOT THROW THE DAMAGED ONE OUT! I will ask for it to be shipped back to me. Depending on the damage, one of two situations will happen: 1) The damage is severe enough where I create a new piece for you. This piece will be shipped out to you once the damaged on has been received. 2) The damage isn't that severe. Once item is received, I will repair the damaged pieces and ship the item back to you. This will take 3-5 days. Either way, I will want the item damaged in shipping returned for proper recycling.

We do accept Custom Orders. Please send a message with the request and we will advise you whether or not we can create what you are looking for. All stained glass items seen here can be customized to meet your needs. If the size and pattern are good, but you want it in a special color or color combination, I can usually do that with no additional fees*. (* Pinks and reds are the only colors that may cost a couple dollars more to make. This is because of the cost of the glass on these colors.) If you like a pattern, but want it larger, there will be an additional charge due to the increase of material used. Simply phrased, contact me with detailed description or photos of what you would like. Do not worry about over-explaining. I will do my best to create the perfect piece for you.
