Hello, I'm Susan and I personally design and hand make all the items you'll see in my shop. I then create pdf sewing patterns from my designs, which include easy-to-follow instructions, images, diagrams and templates (or cutting instructions), so that you can easily recreate my designs. My aim is to make bag making accessible to all keen crafters, even if you are fairly new to sewing or if you've never made a bag before, you'll be pleased with the results you will be able to achieve by using my clearly set out sewing instructions.

Payment

I accept Paypal and payment should be made within 24 hrs of purchase, please contact me if your payment will be delayed. I do not add any taxes to my product prices.

Shipping

PDF sewing patterns are instantly downloadable. Upon completion of order and payment you will be sent a link (to your account Email) where you'll be able to instantly download your pattern/s. If you haven't been able to download it within 24 hrs of placing an order, please contact me (shop front has CONTACT link).

Refund & Exchanges

Electronic documents are not eligible for refund, return, etc. Please contact me though if you experience any problems.
