Thank you for stopping by at the Steampunk Arcade, and I hope you find something of interest to you. From an early age I have always enjoyed making and tinkering with things, and have spent my working life in manufacturing and engineering work. I am now retired, and when I 'discovered' the Steampunk cult I was hooked, set up a small workshop, and here I am. The pieces I make are one of a kind, so no two will be exactly alike.

Payment

I can only accept payment by PayPal, and as this is a shop I would expect payment on checkout. After three days, any orders left unpaid will be taken as 'no longer required' and the sale cancelled.

Shipping

All items will be shipped by Airmail and I aim to ship the next working day after payment is received wherever possible. Please be aware that as I am in the United Kingdom, shipping times to the USA, Canada, and Australia etc; can take around two weeks for delivery.

Refund & Exchanges

Should there be a problem with your purchase, I will refund your money in full (not including the return shipping cost) on return of the item within fourteen days (thirty days if outside the EU), and in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact me first about the item before returning it.
