| I currently accept PayPal only. Please make sure your PayPal information is correct as I will ship ONLY to confirmed addresses. Payment is due upon checkout. If I do not receive payment within that time period I will have to cancel the transaction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Shipping |
| Your items will be shipped USPS first class with delivery confirmation within 1-3 days after your order is received and/or payment is cleared. Items will be shipped in padded envelopes for added protection. Custom orders and requests take longer to process. As such, please take that into consideration when trying to determine a delivery time frame.
Additionally, I can not control the postal system and certainly not Customs! I can not provide any guarantees as to when you will receive your order. What I will provide you with is a tracking number, and for international customers, the Custom's claim slip number, once your items have shipped. I will enter this information into Handmade Artists' system and you will receive email notification thereafter. Please be aware that some international orders may take 30-60 to receive and they are un-trackable once they depart the U.S. I am not liable due to your Country's Custom's rules and regulations. I mark all of my Custom's slips properly and in accordance with federal guidelines. For other shipping options or special shipping requests please contact me prior to completing your sale. Please be advised if you choose not to insure your package, I am not liable for missing, broken or stolen items. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Your 100% satisfaction is very important. Feathers are returnable ONLY if they are in the original packaging and unopened. Refunds are not given unless an item is mis-advertised, so please read all item descriptions carefully. If I've made a mistake it will be remedied. I am real easy to work with so please ask if you ever have questions about the items I sell. Thank you. |
