Payment

Simple Luxuries gladly accepts Paypal including all major Debit/Credit cards through Paypal. Payment is due at time of order unless other arrangements have been made in advance. No orders will ship unless paid in full.

Shipping

All orders ship either USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail and include delivery confirmation. If you would like to purchase insurance for your order please visit the Insurance & Other Extras category in our shop. There you can choose the insurance option that fits you best based on total order dollar amount. Also you can add extras like Signature Confirmation. Shipping Overages - All shipping overages at and above $1.00 will be refunded to the customer via paypal. At this time we only ship to customers in the USA.

Refund & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our work returns and exchanges are not accepted for soaps & candles unless damaged in transit. If your item arrives damages please keep all pieces and packaging. Failure to do so will result in a denial of your refund. On all other items. Refunds are not allowed unless damaged in transit. Please keep all piece and packaging. Failure to comply will result in a denial of your refund claim. Exchanges are allowed within 5 days of receiving your order. Customer will be responsible for shipping items back to us as well shipping for the new item.
