Payment

I accept Paypal, checks and money orders.

Paypal payments are to be made at time of purchase.

Checks or money orders need to be sent within twenty-four hours of purchase.

When paying by check order will not ship until check clears.

Custom orders will need to be paid in full at time of purchase.
No refunds on custom orders.

Shipping

All items will ship within three business days unless listing states otherwise.
Will notify you if I cannot ship in three days.

All orders ship to the address on your paypal account, it is your responsibility to make sure your address is current and correct.

Shipping cost includes postage, packaging materials, delivery confirmation and handling.

I ship items USPS parcel post, If you need an item to ship priority contact me before purchasing so I can get you the correct shipping price.

I package my items securely, if you receive an item damaged in shipping please contact me as soon as possible. A refund or replacement will be issued ONLY if you email me a picture of the damaged item within three days of receiving it OR if you return item back to me again within 3 days of receiving, you are responsible for return postage.

I do purchase delivery confirmation so can trace packages if needed.

I want ALL of my customers to be happy with their purchase!! Please contact me within 5 business days to discuss a replacement or refund on a item

No refunds on custom orders
When placing a custom order please be specific on color, size and any other details I may need to know.
If there is an error on my part I will gladly issue a full refund or send you a new order.

Please note no two painted items are the same, paint color or stain may be the same color but the distressing technique gives each item it's own look.
