Payment

We accept payment through PayPal. Please pay within 24 hours of purchase. State Sales Tax: An 8.25% state sales tax will be collected at time of purchase for Texas Residents.

Shipping

Please allow 7-10 days before shipping; items are handmade at time of order. An email with a tracking number will be sent when your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We use USPS Priority Mail (including tracking numebr) and charge $5.80 and $0.50 for each additional item purchased that ships together.

We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refund & Exchanges

Returns due to material defects are accepted within 20 days of purchase as long as the item is returned in the original condition. Shipping charges or PayPal fees will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the defeated item back to us.

When exchanging an item due to the incorrect size being ordered, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost. The cost of shipping is $5.80 and the payment can be in the form of a cashiers check or money order made out to Sassy Accents, and must be included in the return package.

We reserve the right to replace or repair the item returned.

Please be sure to visit a jewelry store to have your finger accurately sized before ordering.

Please contact us if any sizing issues arise. We create the item according to the size stated by customer. However, we will happily work with customer to attempt to resolve ring sizing problems when possible.
