| Most of my items are shipped with 2 days of when order is placed. I use USPS first class package with delivery confirmation and International package. International order please allow 15 to 21 days for you order to arrive from time of ordering confirmation. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Returns are accepted if your item is not matching and of if the item you ordered are damaged during shipping. please take a picture and send it to me (sales@robinsonwoodpicks.com) for full refund. This saves you from shipping it back to me. I can if you like try to send a replacement for the damaged item(s). |
