Failure to pay for any product or service purchased or obtained on this website, for any reason, may result in legal action against you. If such legal action is necessary, Reef Botanicals is entitled to receive in full the product or service sold or obtained, and any and all charges applicable to this transaction, including, but not limited to, any collection and court costs, as well as attorney's fees.|
|We ship all orders by U.S. Postal Service.
We offer flat rate $5.00 shipping to the U.S. and Canada. Please note that Canadian orders will be sent via Regular Mail and U.S. orders via Priority Mail.
We normally ship customer orders within 2 business days. For custom or back-ordered items, please contact us and we will work with you to assemble the order and determine shipping times. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
We can ship to international locations; however, please contact us before placing your order to determine shipping charges.
Refund & Exchanges
|If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately to let us know what happened, and we'll arrange for you to return the damaged item(s) to us for replacement. The items must be in un-used condition to be eligible for return.
Please contact us for return authorization before you pack the item for shipment. If we've made a mistake in what we shipped to you, the cost of shipping the incorrect item back will be borne by us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, as are customized products, seasonal products, gift sets, and gift certificates. We do not accept the return of products due to the customer's dislike of the scent of the product ordered, including our unscented soaps that have the natural odor of the oils and other ingredients from which they are made.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are not, let us know. We'll do our best to make it right for you. Please keep in mind the nature of natural personal care products, and understand that we cannot accept for return or exchange items that you have opened, handled, cut, or used.
