Welcome

Welcome to my shop! I have enjoyed creating all of my life. I've always had to be involved in something creative no matter what else is going on in my life. I majored in music performance (classical) in college, have enjoyed creating stained glass windows and then found my love of creating sparklies (my term for fun, beautiful adornments that make me feel better when I wear them) about 15 years ago. My first project that I worked on for someone outside of the family was about 10 years ago when a co-worker showed me a picture of a wedding bouquet made from crystals and pearls. She asked if I'd make bouquets for her and her bridal party. I agreed and then I was hooked! I also appreciate the creativity of others and enjoy browsing all things beautiful! Aside from jewelry, I also have a passion for animals, especially horses. I own several and spend many hours each day caring for them. I breed a few mares each year and enjoy showing them and sharing them with others. I also hold a "regular" job where I am an IT Project Manager for a financial services firm. Prior to opening my Handmade Artists' Shop store, I sold my items on eBay. Although I no longer use eBay for any of my creations, I am proud of my 750+ positive feedback with NO negatives.

Payment

I gladly accept paypal, personal checks or money orders. Payment due within 7 days please. Shipment will be made as soon as the check has cleared; this is true for e-checks through paypal as well.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 1 business day. For custom orders, let's have a conversation about delivery time prior to your purchase. United States - I ship USPS first class, insured (for items over $50). Outside of the US, your item will be sent out USPS first class mail international. The cost of shipping DOES NOT INCLUDE insurance. Please contact me for an insurance quote. If you choose not to purchase it, I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. Customs forms will be labeled "other" with exact purchase price stated.

Refund & Exchanges

I want you to be entirely happy with your purchase! If within 7 days you decide your purchase is not for you, I will refund your purchase price as long as the item(s )is in its original and undamaged condition. Please contact me prior to returning your item so I know the item is being returned and why. You are responsible for postage. If an exchange suits you better, I can do that as well.
