Welcome to my shop! All Riverpebble Stonewear jewelry is made with love and special care to be the best handmade artisan jewelry for you to enjoy. I use natural stones, silver, brass, copper,glass, wood and clay beads that have been made by nature or other hands. These items will have natural gradations and imperfections that add to their charm, so please enjoy them.

Payment

I only accept Papyal for transactions and you do not have to have account for ease of checkout. Orders ship within 7 days of paid order. Cancellations can b made within that time if you contact me by email at rvrple@yahoo.com to request a cancellation. If you are unhappy with your finished product upon receipt, please email at rvrpble@yahoo.com to discuss a resolution. I would like my customers to be happy with their items and will work to resolve any issues you may have.

Shipping

All items will ship within 7 days of the paid order. Orders to United States addresses ship FREE of charge. International orders will ship within 7 days of payment and include a minimum cost of $8.95 shipping. Allow a MINIMUM of 2 WEEKS for delivery of international orders. International orders will be accompanied by completed customs forms and be in compliance with any regulations. Insurance will be included for orders above $50.

Refund & Exchanges

All orders have tracking and if not received with a reasonable time after shipping confirmation, you may contact me for resolution, replacement or refund if necessary. Damaged items must be resolved by contacting me at rvrpble@yahoo.com as soon as possible for resolution.
