Welcome to my world of creations! You will find here a lot of Glow in the dark items, I'm sooo passionate about this medium, and possible creations are endless. If you have any special requests please do not hesitate to ask me, that's what I am passionate about! With your ideas and mine we can make wonders.

Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. If payment is not submitted within 48 hours, without proper communication, the order will be canceled.

(Please note: I must be able to contact you through your paypal email address. If I can't contact you through your paypal email address, your order may be cancelled)

Shipping

Normally ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

Estimated shipping time is between 5-8 working days for USA. In Canada it's around the same time delivry. If you would like to have a fast delivry (4 open days) please ask me and I will add the amount for a total of $20.00 for shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please be aware to some countries it can take up to 2 weeks for an item to be received after it has been shipped. I have been made aware that many countries will hold orders up in their customs department for extended periods of time. There is no tracking number, if you need it you have to pay a total of $20.00 for USA.

IMPORTANT!!!: In some countries there may be additional fees associated with importing and inland shipping (duty taxes, ect.) Some countries may charge additional fees if a package is over a certain weight or value. It is YOUR responsibility for knowing the import/shipping laws in your country. I recommend taking the time to look into this BEFORE placing an order. I unfortunately have no way of knowing which orders will experience additional tax once they reach their destination.

Refund & Exchanges

I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. PLEASE, contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback! Lets talk about the issue. Thank you.

If an item is received damaged or you receive the wrong item you must contact me within 24 hours of receiving with a photo. I will then refund your shipping cost so you may return the item for replacement or repair. No Refunds will be given only exchanges.

**If a return/exchange must be done then there is a 30 day limit from time of sale. Buyer is responsible for shipping back the item(s) and the item(s) must reach me before funds are reversed.
