Welcome to NeighborKitty store, the Feel-Good shop, where you will find absolutely unique needle felted and knitted items all crafted by me.
Needle felting and knitting are my true love.
The quality of my needle felted items is very high, each are polished very thoroughly.
I do not use any electric tools to speed up the process of needle felting, everything I make is with my hands only, because it gives my wool items a much better quality. The figurines are very firm, so they will not eventually deform, and dust will not penetrate the inside of them.
My needle felted items will bring you joy for years.

Shipping

Your item will be shipped in 1-2 business days after payment is received.
I will send you the tracking number the same day item is shipped.

For international shipping: I ship my items USPS First class mail unless you request a different method, delivery is approximately 10-14 days. There will not be a tracking number, but I can send you the US Custom form number.

Please make sure shipping information is correct and let me know if you would like to add insurance on items purchased.
If wrong address is given and item is lost, I cannot be responsible.

Purchase cannot be canceled once item is shipped.

Refund & Exchanges

Needle felted items are fragile and delicate so I cannot accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.
I will accept knitted item returns the first week after item is delivered. Items must be undamaged and received in their original condition. After 1 week all sales will be considered final.
