Payment

I accept PayPal. Payment is due within 24 hours of purchase. Please convo me if you need to make special arrangements.

Shipping

In striving to provide excellent customer service, all orders will be shipped in 1-5 business days of payment, first class mail and Priority mail via USPS. May include tracking number. If shipping is going to cost more than $10, I will use Fed-Ex, USPS, or UPS, whichever is cheaper. This can happen if you buy multiple items. Includes tracking number. Please convo me if you need it sooner and I will do everything I can to make sure that happens! Shipping costs do not include INSURANCE. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact me. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages so please purchase insurance if you have any concerns. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS :: I ship USPS Priority Mail, Fed-Ex, DHL, & UPS. Please convo me with the items you are interested in purchasing with your address and I will research the best route to ship it.

Refund & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with all your purchases! If you are dissatisfied in anyway, please convo me before leaving feedback and I will do my best to remedy the problem. I accept returns within 5 business days. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are only accepted on unused items. Refunds will be issued once I receive the item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Georgia Residents: GA sales tax will apply to your order and is based on the county where the package is delivered. In Fulton & DeKalb the tax is 8%. All other counties are 7%. Please convo me if you live OUTSIDE Fulton & DeKalb counties in GA and I will send you an invoice with the appropriate sales tax. Thank you! All items are handmade, so no two items are alike.
