Welcome

Hello! my name is Carol and I have been designing jewelry for myself and others for years. I take great care on the selection of the stones that I use in my jewelry, using grade A or above stones. I also take great care in the construction of my jewelry, all pieces made by me are guaranteed.

Payment

I accept Paypal as payment. All custom orders need to be paid for in advance.

Shipping

I use First Class shipping through the USPS on most packages. You will receive your tracking number after shipping and insurance is provided upon request unless it is specified in the item description. If you need your item sooner, please contact me to arrange for Priority shipping. I do accept international orders, all orders are shipped International First Class through the USPS, and tracking will be provided.

Refund & Exchanges

All orders may be returned within a 14 day period. Return shipping paid by buyer, and must have a tracking number. The only exception to this is custom orders are not returnable.
