Payment

Immediate payment is expected through the PayPal system. If you prefer to pay by check, please contact me and we can make arrangements on a case by case basis. Please no that no shipments will go out until the full payment has cleared. Returns: I do accept returns. I understand that it is impossible to get the true feel for a piece from internet pictures and I want you to be happy! If you chose not to keep a piece, please contact me and let me know. I will be happy to offer a full refund as soon as the piece is returned in its unused, unworn, original condition. Once I have the piece, I will issue a refund through PayPal. Tax: As a New Jersey resident, I am required to collect the state sales tax on all sales. The current rate is 7% and will be automatically added to your total upon checkout. Special Orders: I love to work with special requests. I will invoice you for 50% of the expected total before any work begins. Once the piece is complete and ready for shipment, you will receive a picture of the final piece and an invoice for the amount due, including shipping costs.

Shipping

Most pieces ship within 2 days of purchase...often times faster! If we are working on a special order, or you require an alteration to the size or type of clasp, please allow time for this to be done. I ship through PayPal and you will receive notification of when your item is shipped as well as a tracking number. Jewelry ships first class and generally takes 3-5 days within the US. International customers, please be aware of your country's rules and be prepared to pay any tariffs or fees incurred for international shipping. I ship jewelry first class and the time it takes to reach various countries and make it through customs varies by location. Glassware is generally shipped Priority Mail within the US and takes an average of 2-4 days to arrive. I carefully pack all glass and have, knock on wood, had very little breakage. You will receive shipping notification through PayPal along with tracking information. If there is ever a problem, please feel free to contact me and I will do everything I can to make the situation right.

Refund & Exchanges

In the event you damage a piece of jewelry, I would be more than happy to fix it at no charge within a reasonable amount of time. I ask that you contact me and I will give you the shipping address as well as an estimate of how long it will take to fix the piece. Glass breaks...if it is broken during shipping I will happily replace the broken piece as quickly as possible. The only time this is not possible is if the piece is one of a kind. In this event, I will refund your purchase price through PayPal immediately.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders are always welcome...be it jewelry in a different length, color, or metal...I am always open to creating custom work. I am also happy to discuss custom glass work. If you see a pattern you like but need it on a different type of glass, let me know and we can work out a custom order just for you.
