Hello and thank you for taking a look at the works that I've created. My studio is located in my home in West Tennessee close to the banks of the Tennessee River. Here you will find me working on glass projects big and small. I thoroughly enjoy creating with glass and each and every project I do I put my heart into.

Shipping

All of my items are well packaged for shipping. I have 14 years of packaging and shipping experience. I also use recycled materials for my packaging salvaged from previous shipments to me and collected from local businesses. U.S. SHIPPING: Items under 13 ounces ship USPS First Class, items over 13 ounces up to 4 pounds ship USPS Priority. Larger, heavier items ship via UPS Ground in the continental US and USPS Parcel Post to Alaska and Hawaii. Items or a combination of items over $50.00 are insured. The shipping rate in my listings is stated at the highest rate (furthest zone) from me. Please contact me for an exact quote to your destination. Any overages are promptly refunded to buyer. Delivery confirmation included on all orders. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Items under 4 pounds ship First Class International, items over 4 pounds ship Priority Mail International. International customers: buyer is responsible for any duties and taxes that may become due. I usually ship within 3 business days after cleared payment is received with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Refund & Exchanges

I really want you to be happy with your purchase of my work. I will accept returns within 2 weeks of your purchase date and refunds will be issued upon return of the item once it is received in the same condition as it was shipped. Buyer is responsible for returning items at their expense. If an item is damaged in transit, please retain all packaging materials for inspection.
