. I welcome custom orders, just contact me with desired colors, a deposit of 50% is required on all custom bags, please allow 7 days from receipt of deposit to complete your bag. PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! |

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. |
Shipping |
| All orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receiving payment. Bags are shipped nicely packaged via First Class mail, if you need it in a hurry contact me so that I can adjust the shipping costs to reflect your request. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| I guarantee my workmanship, if you receive a damaged or defective bag I will be happy to fix or replace it. Exchanges within 14 days may be made with buyer paying shipping costs. |
