Thank you for taking a look at Kitzona. Feel free to contact me with any thoughts or comments on how I may better improve your shopping experience with Kitzona. All items are shipped to you the way they are shown and ready for prompt delivery. When viewing allow for some monitor slight changes in color as all systems are different. Also take into consideration that all crafted items will have some variations due to the nature of hand creation in the cutting of stones and gems. As each item is unique there will be no duplications, like items can be made consisting of different colors or a change in design at your request, but not an exact duplicate. Payment

All payments to Kitzona are processed through PayPal, Arizona addresses will be charged sales tax as required for that address area.

Shipping

All items are shipped using USPS first class mail with a tracking number in padded packaging to ensure safe delivery. If you require a faster delivery let us know your preferred service, however this will result in a higher shipping charge.

Refund & Exchanges

All customers my expect excellent service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase I will personally work with you to resolve any issues. If, for any reason you decide to return or exchange your purchase you will be responsible for the shipping charges with the item returned in its original condition.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Kitzona,does not consider consignment orders. More then one piece may be ordered at the same time and shipped for the price of one. Custom orders are considered and will be accepted if possible. However, custom orders are not returnable. Consideration will be made for duplication of a piece if ordering for an event where several items of one type are required. Kitzona will require a 30-day lead time on all custom orders consisting of several pieces.
