Welcome

All my pieces are created with your satisfaction and enjoyment in mind. As each item is handmade by me, please expect slight variation from piece to piece. My supplies are purchased in small lots to ensure quality. Each bead and stone is unique and is matched as closely as possible. **All ear wires are nickel free to protect those sensitive ears!** Every effort has been made to accurately describe and photograph each item. Colors may be slightly different due to the settings on your computer monitor. My items are not intended for children or pets. Payment

I accept payment via Paypal. I am required to collect sales tax from customers who are Colorado residents.

Shipping

**Purchasing more than one item? Thank You! You pay the shipping on the first item, and your other items will ride along for FREE!** Items are shipped via USPS 1-3 days after payment has been received. US shipments include delivery confirmation for tracking your item. Delivery confirmation/tracking is not available for international orders. I will email you when your order has shipped and provide the tracking number for US shipments. International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, fees and custom restrictions. Please do not purchase something that is prohibited from import on the receiver's end. Full value of the item will be declared on the customs form. Once your item has shipped, I have no control over delays or confiscation at customs. Please note that I will follow all applicable United States laws relative to trade restrictions, sanctions, and embargoes. I make the closest estimate possible for shipping costs; I will happily issue you a refund, via PayPal, for excess shipping charges of $1.00 or more.

Refund & Exchanges

I enjoy making my items, and I want you to enjoy owning them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt to discuss a refund or replacement. If necessary and agreed upon, refunds will be made via PayPal within 48 hours after receipt of item back to me. Claims for damages and losses will be made with the postal service or carrier. In the event of theft or loss, reports will be made with the postal inspector and law enforcement. It is etiquette to contact the seller before leaving any neutral/negative feedback. If after receiving your item you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me first and allow me the opportunity to make things right. I am proud of the items I create, and I want my customers to be 100% happy every time!
