Earrings & Necklaces made with silver, gold, gemstones, pearls & crystals.. Everything is grade A or higher; what you would find in a fine jewelry store, without the price. I love to do custom work. My specialty is designing for bridal parties, using pearls, crystals and gems to match any color scheme; however, anything in my store can be customized to your needs. Payment

Paypal is preferred method of payment. Did you know? You do not need a PAYPAL account to use it? You can use them simply to safely process your credit card. 1.Select the PayPal option at checkout 2. Click the green "Check Out with PayPal" button. 3. In the page that comes up, (instead of logging into PayPal or signing up for an account), click the link on the left side of the screen: "Don't have a PayPal account? No problem, continue checkout." 4. You will be taken to a screen where you can enter your credit information to complete your order. TAXES California Residents will pay taxes according to Santa Clara Valley rates.

Shipping

Shipping is always FREE within the US I usually ship within two days. I email you tracking. info as soon as I can I use USPS If you need it faster, you will be charged actual shipping costs Just Contact me for a quote. I also do international shipping, but you are responsible for all duties Packaging All jewelry will be packed in a white box tied with a bow and included in this box will be an anti-tarnish strip. GIFT WRAPPING Gift Wrapping is available. If you have purchased more than one item, I will have to charge for shipping to separate addresses.

Refund & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to me. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return any item, without custom engraving and in its original condition, within 7 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple. Please contact me or email me at "jaynemarie@earthlink.net" before sending back your purchase. After I inspect it for any signs of wear, I will either refund your entire purchase price or exchange your purchase for another item - it's your choice. And, please, insure your package before sending it back to me.

CARE GUIDE for hand crafted jewelry Store sterling silver and gold filled items in an air tight bag, (to prevent oxidation), and wash them with jewelry cleaner to prevent or remove tarnish and dirt. DO NOT use jewelry cleaner to clean pearls, opals, coral, dyed stones or Swarovski crystal. Just wash these items with mild soap and warm water. Dry with a soft cloth. Paper towels can scratch these stones. MORE CARE TIPS: -Do not sleep in your jewelry! I learned this the hard way -Remove jewelry before taking shower, swimming, exercise or cleaning. -Chlorine can permanently damage and discolor your jewelry. -Put your jewelry on after applying make-up, hair spray and perfume to prevent chemical damage. -Don't leave jewelry with colored gems, Swarovski crystals, or pearls exposed to sunlight for extended periods. They will fade. -Store jewels in boxes, pouches, soft cloth wraps or airtight plastic bags. IN SUMMARY: Inspect your handmade jewelry more often than machine made jewels.
