Payment |
| I accept PayPal only. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Items will be shipped out when payment has been made and cleared by the servers. You must cancel purchase within 24 hours. Otherwise once item is shipped, the sales are final. I do not have access to any customer credit cards or banking information, ever.
Residents of Florida are required to pay states sales tax. |
Shipping |
| I ship using USPS and shipping is $5.99. Also, shipping charges do not include insurance; however, I highly recommend it. If you would like your package insured, please contact me. I will send an adjusted invoice reflecting the insurance. I usually ship within 48 hours of your payment. (Saturdays and holidays are not included).

Refund & Exchanges |
| As a rule, I do not accept returns on handmade/artisan designs, but occasionally and depending on the situation, I do make exceptions. Shipping is on you; exchanges are available, with discretion from the designer, within 10 days of purchase. |
