I have been creating & making jewelry for several years. I am always striving to learn new designs & styles. I take a lot of pride in my jewelry no matter how low or high the price is. I stand behind my jewelry creations to be made with the utmost care & attention to detail so that anyone who purchases my jewelry will be able to enjoy it for a long time.

Payment

Payment is preferred at time of checkout. However, if there is some unforeseen problem that may arise on your end please feel free to contact me.
First payment preference is PayPal as you can pay with your checking account, any credit or debit cards through PayPal.
*I will accept a money order or personal check. Just contact me for information needed. I will send out your jewelry once I receive the payment in the mail.

Shipping

I aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible... just what it costs me. I use USPS First Class Mail. If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail or another expedited service just let me know but I would need to charge for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping would only be available in the United States however. All other countries would be mailed out First Class Mail.
***Insurance: If you would like to purchase insurance please let me know before sending your payment through PayPal so I can add the appropriate amount.

Refund & Exchanges

I stand behind my jewelry & make it durable. I strive for perfection & have never had to date, anyone return any items for defective reasons. However, if you are unhappy please don't hesitate to contact me right away. I would sincerely never want an unsatisfied customer. You are my future here at Handmade Artists.
***Ring Orders: If you do give me the wrong size ring & have to return it we can discuss a discount to rewrap the ring for you.
Any returns/refunds that may come up would not cover the shipping charges.
