| I love to create and love trying out the NEWEST fashion yarns. I gladly accept "Special Order Requests". Let me know what you are looking for and I would love to make it for you. |
Payment |
| I accept PayPal as my method of payment. If you are ordering a Made to Order item I will require 50% as a non refundable down payment for me to purchase the yarn and depending on what it is that I'm making and where I am getting the yarn from will determine how long it will take to create the item and mail it off to you. The down payment is non refundable. Normal time is 3-6 weeks. Taxes are do on any order in Connecticut. I ship In Stock orders the day after I receive the order Monday through Friday via USPS with a Delivery Confirmation. If you would like Priority Shipping, depending on the item and where it is being shipped to,, I will find out the cost and let you know what it will be.
Special Orders are Gladly excepted and depending on what you are ordering will determine the time it will take for me to make it. |
Shipping |
| The costs are for regular shipping. I ship World Wide and will need to know what country I am shipping to if you would be interested in upgrading, insuring your package and confirmation and tracking. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| If an item is damaged in shipping I will gladly exchange it. I pack all of my mugs in bubble wrap and haven't had problems with breakages. |
