Payment

PayPal is accepted means of payment. Prompt payment is appreciated. Selection of an item for purchase is looked upon as an agreement to do so. Payment must be completed within 7 days or the item will be removed from purchase status and returned to for sale status. A reminder notification will be generated before the deadline.

Shipping

At this time USPS is shipping method. Please see item for availability and cost associated with methods and upgrades. Upon notification via PayPal of payment please allow up to 2 days for processing. All items will be provided a tracking number with shipping. Shipping is only offered within the United States.

Refund & Exchanges

Glass Tree desires to have all handcrafted one of a kind items a positive purchase. If a refund or exchange is requested buyer must obtain a return verification number from Glass Tree. Buyer must return the item(s) in original condition and shipping materials via same shipping method received with a tracking number. Returns must be made within 10 days. Buyer will be refunded the cost of the item and initial shipping charges. Buyer will not be refunded the shipping costs. Refund will be via PayPal policy once the item has been received and inspected. Damaged or lost items. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items. All items are sent with a tracking number. Please contact USPS.
