Payment

Prompt payment is appreciated. However if you cannot make a payment right away, 2 days will be allotted to you. After that, the item will be relisted for sale. If you need to cancel an order, please inform me within 24 hours after purchase.

Shipping

All items will ship via USPS. Tracking will be provided. Each piece will also come in a cotton lined gift box.

Refund & Exchanges

30 day return policy: If you are completely unhappy with my product and wish to have your money refunded, I simply ask that you send the items back in exchange for your payment. If your item does not fit properly it can be re-sized, or exchanged with an item of equal or lesser value. I guarantee my lampwork beads for life. If your item becomes damaged, simply mail it back to me and I will create a new piece for you!

Lifetime Guarantee: Since I anneal my beads in a digitally controlled kiln, I guarantee them for life. If they ever break (this includes chips and cracks), send me a message, mail the item back to me and I will create a new one for you. **If you need my address to ship something back to me- EMAIL Me! **Colors may vary slightly depending on what I have in stock.
