Payment

Payments can be made through Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you can pay directly through their site by credit card without signing up. Please make sure you make a payment within two days of the purchase. After two days, you will receive a reminder from Fish. All non-paid transactions within four days of purchase will be cancelled. In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on HandMade Artists, Fish reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead.

Shipping

All our jewellery is handmade. Fish aims to deliver all ordered items within 20 days once full payment has been received and cleared. This is a reflection of the time needed to produce individual handmade jewellery. If we have your order in stock, we will dispatch it immediately on receipt of payment. If it is not in stock, please allow 20 days for delivery; this allows us time to craft your chosen piece. Please contact us if you wish to check availability and timescale. We ship worldwide. All items will ship directly from Krabi, Thailand by Air Mail. Remark: We use the Thailand post global delivery service for our shipping because it is reliable, efficient, traceable and insurable. This service also eliminates problems with lost parcels and late deliveries. - Air Mail takes 10 - 15 days. $5.00 for first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. Insurance is optional (please contact us for cost) - EMS (Emergency Mail Service) takes 5 - 7 days. If you request this service shipping will be charged on an individual basis

Refund & Exchanges

All of our jewellery is handmade. If the piece you order is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer you the choice of: putting the item on back-order for dispatch as soon as it comes into stock, a full refund, or an alternative item/s. We hope that you will be delighted with your chosen item of jewellery; however, if there is a problem, please feel free to contact us. Faulty items will be replaced. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item/s, please return the goods unworn and in its original condition within 14 days. Postage of returns must be insured for the full cost of the item, and returned within the time stated. Refunds will not be issued on return postage. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items if returned by normal post. We are happy to offer an exchange, credit note or full refund excluding the cost of postage and packing. Jewellery that has been commissioned cannot be returned. Please ensure you order the correct ring size as we cannot exchange or refund if it is the wrong size. (see additional information for ring sizes) * Please check your goods on delivery. If items arrive damaged or faulty please inform us within three days to arrange their return. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. You will need to inform us within three working days, as after that period we will not be liable for damaged goods.

Ring Size As international ring sizing varies, please provide the circumference of your finger. How to determine your ring size: 1. Wrap a piece of string or a strip of card around your finger. 2. Mark the point where the two ends meet. 3. Measure the string or card against a ruler to get the circumference of your finger. 4. Send us the circumference in mm We have made every effort to display all our jewellery as accurately as possible; however, your purchase may vary slightly due to the nature of handmade jewellery and the varying tones of the natural stones. We are unable to guarantee that products will be exactly as pictured. Dimensions have been described as accurately as possible, but colours may vary.
