Payment |
| Payment is made via paypal. Cancellation must take place before the item is shipped. If a custom item is ordered, payment is expected prior to creation; item will ship upon completion. |
Shipping |
| I charge a flat $5 shipping for one item, $2 for each item if more than one is purchased and is being shipped within the United States or Canada. Items will be shipped from New Jersey via Priority Mail to any location in the United States and regular mail to Canadian locations. I will make every effort to ship ready-made items within a few days. Custom items will ship when completed. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| If an item arrives damaged, contact me with photos and I will discuss resolution. |
