Payment

All payment is via Paypal. Your purchase will not be sent until paypal payment is clears.

Shipping

Parcels are not sent until payment has cleared. I send my parcels through Australia Post, insurance is not included in the shipping cost, but can be purchased separately if you contact me to do so. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. Also, please be advised that I will NOT falsify customs documents by marking a package as a "gift" or changing the monetary value of the contents. I will mail the parcel to the address offered by Paypal, if you wish it to be mailed to a different address, please let me know immediately as I always strive to mail a parcel same day where possible. Your purchase will be sent in a gift bag or box, and securely bubble wrapped before being mailed in a padded envelope. Where possible, I recycle packaging materials, but often I have to buy new. I am not responsible for customs/ import duties for your country. These may be an additional expense that is the buyers responsibility. Please note that I am located in Australia and while most parcels to other countries will usually arrive in 1-2 weeks, they can sometimes take up to a month, though this is rare.

Refund & Exchanges

Returns and exchange details While I do everything I can to get your order to you safely and undamaged, sometimes the unexpected happens. If your order has been damaged during shipping, please contact me within five days of receipt so I can help resolve the problem. For damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please be aware that I will require the return of the item prior to refund (where possible) and photos of the item showing the damage clearly as well as photos of the packaging material. If you are told you do not need to return the item, please keep all packaging and the item until you are informed otherwise. These are necessary for me to file an insurance claim. If you are unable to provide me with photographic proof of damage, you will not receive a refund. Damaged returns can be refunded or replaced.

Additional Policies and FAQs

In the event of a refund, I am not able to refund any money paid to the customs department of your country when you pick up a parcel. This money is paid to your government and I do not have any control over them. UK BUYERS especially should be aware of the duty and tax rates applied by their country to imported goods (contact HM Revenue & Customs for advice and rates). If you change your mind and want a refund, this is only issued if the item(s) is returned to me at your expense. Items must be returned in original condition and unworn. Please contact me prior to returning your items. Price of purchase will be refunded only (shipping will not be refunded). PLEASE NOTE: All returns must have tracking or signature required. No refunds are offered on custom made jewelry items. Also, no refunds are offered for worn/used items. I do not offer replacements for buyer carelessness or damage caused by buyer. Cancellations are allowed if your purchase has not yet shipped. If you would like to cancel an order that was already shipped, the order must be returned to me in the same condition as it was sent before any refunds can be issued. If it is lost/stolen you must cooperate with recovery attempts to be eligible for a refund. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: if the buyer fails to collect the parcel, returns to sender or gives the wrong address I will withhold fees from the refund to recover my postage and packaging costs.
