At Earlums we are “hands-on” with every step of the process, from purchasing quality materials, to creating, designing and fabricating each individual item by hand, to advertising, customer service, packaging and shipping. Sometimes our pieces might look rustic, maybe a little uneven, and noticeably handmade. The final result, however, is quality craftsmanship and a piece that is as unique as you are.

Payment

PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Once you log in, they will guide and direct you on how to use your credit card for payment. Earlums does not have access to customers credit card information. Your credit card information is never entered or saved in our system.

Shipping

Earlum’s orders typically ship within 24 hours (M-F) via First Class, United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days from the order’s ship date. Tracking numbers will be provided and used as “proof of shipment”.

Refund & Exchanges

Earlums mission, is to provide the best products and customer service to our customers, at reasonable prices. We take great pride in our products, as each are handmade, and our commitment to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy, simply, return your item for a refund minus S&H. You will need to contact us, before your return is made. We only accept returns within 7 days from the date it has been received. Returns accepted – will be handled on a case by case basis and the refunds will be processed as soon as the return is received.
