Payment

If you pay by e-check please understand that it will take 3-5 business days for your payment to clear and until it does I cannot ship.

Shipping

Everything I sell is shipped safely. Jewelry in boxes, Art work wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box. Greeting cards are shipped with a cardboard insert to keep them rigid, etc.

I'm happy to gift wrap anything for free just ask when ordering.

I do not buy shipping insurance unless you request it before buying. However, I do buy delivery confirmation for items shipped as packages.

All international customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds are not available for differences in items (i.e. one of my cat paperclips is shaped a little differently than another). All differences are noted in the listing. And each of my items is handmade so there are going to be slight differences. :)

Refunds are not given for damages during shipping, please purchase insurance if you're worried. All possible precautions are made to ensure safe delivery.

I accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery regardless of the reason. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Return shipping is payed by the buyer. Unless it was my fault-then I'll pay for both shipping and return shipping.
