Craftsfrom1900's Shop Policies

Welcome
I make handmade greeting cards, invitations, gift card holders, gift tags, place setting cards, and oh so much more! I plan on having small quilts, and quilted table runners for sale in my shop as well. I make all the things I have for sale by myself. I want people to find the most unexpected, thought-not-possible cards here, being unique is great.

Payment

Shipping
Generally I will use a small padded envelope to ship out greeting cards and such; 5 cards fit in one of these. Postage for this envelope varies some depending on the content, but will not be more than $5.00. For larger orders, I will ship things in the USPS priority mail boxes, using their pricing. Should you have a question regarding shipping, please contact me personally. Thanks!

Refund & Exchanges
Generally, items are non-returnable. But every rule has exceptions....Personalized greeting cards, invitations and the like are non returnable/non refundable. I hope items received from me meet your expectations, but if there is a problems with non customized work please contact me privately so we can discuss things.

Additional Policies and FAQs
A few notes~~I have a smoke free home.
I live in the Sierra Nevada foothills, so winter weather can wreak havoc in the form of power outages, bad driving weather, etc. This may effect the turnaround time from your order to my mail out; I will strive to have no delays [neither sleet, nor rain, etc!].
Feel free to contact me with any questions or requests--I have found through time that nothing is impossible, perhaps just un-imagined yet.
