| Hello , my name is Gillian and I believe that anything handmade is better than anything you buy that is mass manufactured.
I love making handmade items and knowing that someone else enjoys them as much as I do. I do not put anything in my shop that I don't love or want to own. |
Payment |
| Paypal is the method of payment I take . Cancellations will be charged a restock fee of 15%. Tax is built into the price. |
Shipping |
| I ship first class mail . If you wish to expedite shipping , let me know when you place the order and I will add the additional shipping cost to the item. I do not insure unless asked to do so by the customer. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| I will issue a refund within seven days of having received the product back ; however there will be a 15% restock fee. I will refund in the case of damages or loss after tracking the package. |
