| Welcome to The Cowboy Palace. We have been around since 1987, having started originally in Silverado Canyon, California. We relocated to Rogue River, Oregon in 2000 where we remain today. We produce our products on a continuous basis and keep busy designing new products for future presentation. |

Shipping |
| We use USPS and ship within 5 days of receiving your order. We ship only to the US and Canada with tracking. Other methods of shipping can be used but would necessarily have to be priced at the time of the order before shipping. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Any item is eligible for return withing 30 days of shipping. There is a 20% restocking charge and the returning party must pay for all shipping and related charges. The returned items must be in the exact same condition and packing as when they were shipped from our facility. |
Additional Policies and FAQs |
| We can do custom work, such as decorations or stones on the hat racks, and special colors and designs on the hand painted products. Any thing such as that would have to be discussed and priced accordingly. |
