| Hello! Welcome to my very new shop at the Handmade Artists' Forum. I look forward to adding new pieces on a regular basis and would love to create a custom piece for you. |
Payment |
| I prefer to use Paypal for payments. This eliminates a lot of the hassles and confusion that come along with other payment methods. I will ship your jewelry immediately after payment is received, often the same business day. |
Shipping |
| All items are finished and ready to ship. Should you need a size adjustment, I may need an additional day before shipping to get your items "just right". Every item arrives in a blue gift box to give or keep. I use the USPS for all of my shipping; with every package comes TRACKING AND INSURANCE. Items are securely packaged in bubble envelopes or flat-rate boxes. |
Refund & Exchanges |
| Should you have any problems with your item, or just simply want to return, I will gladly accept items back in original condition. Should you need an adjustment on an item that you already received, I can do this free of charge. |
