Payment

I accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal.I will ship your item(s) once payment is received and funds are cleared.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS ARE WELCOME - You don't need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal. Click the payment button and it will give you the option to pay with credit card without signing up for a Paypal account.

RESERVED ITEMS: Reserved items will be held for 48 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

Shipping

Shipping charges cover the shipment of your item(s) and packaging/handling.
I ship to the address on the Paypal invoice.
I will ship within 1 -3 business days once payment is received and the funds clear.
I ship USPS and always include a tracking number for your convenience if ordered inside the continental US.
If shipping outside the continental US the customs tracking number is included.
There is no guarantee that any package shipped first class will be delivered by any specific date. The USPS dates are guidelines/estimates and are not guarantees. Priority shipping rates are stated on each listing, if you choose priority shipping please let me know the date that you need to receive your purchase. I will confirm it will arrive on the specified date using priority shipping. If there is an issue with the arrival date I can give you options for shipping and cost other than USPS. Priority shipping dates vary per county. Customer is responsible for any charges from customs.
If item is non-deliverable and returned to me, I will try to contact the buyer via email to get updated shipping information. Item will be re-shipped to new address with applicable shipping charges to customer. If shipping error was due to my error I will cover the cost to re-ship. If I am unable to make contact with the customer after 14 business days I will cancel the sale and refund the purchase price, less the shipping cost.

If you are not happy with your item you may ship it back to me within 3 days of receiving it (at your expense). Item must be in same condition it was shipped, once I receive it, I will immediately refund your original payment minus shipping.

If item is damaged in shipping please take a picture of it and send to me at c.baum87@gmail.com. After receiving the information for a damaged item it can be reveiwed and processed for a refund.

Custom orders are always welcome and I will do my best to work with you to create a design just the way you want it. I do ask for ample time in advance to make sure your special request is as perfect as possible! A 50% deposit will be required on custom orders.
