Welcome |
Blue Roses Design is my creative outlet. I love to make jewelry and I love to share what I create. I not only create pieces to sell, but I wear my own designs as well. I started working with jewelry as a child because I am one of the clumsiest people when it comes to jewelry. Before I learned how to make pieces I was learning how to repair. Because of this I know how well my pieces hold up to normal, everyday wear and tear. I don't put any piece in my shop until I am sure it will hold up well.
Having said that, I am all for the customer being happy, so if a piece isn't exactly how you would like it, let me now and I will make changes for you. If something happens after purchase, send it back and I will happily fix and/or replace it for you at no cost. |
Payment |
Payment is expected at the time of order, but I know how things can go sometimes. If there is a piece you love, but need time before you can order - let me know and I will happily hold the piece on reserve for you.
I do collect North Carolina tax - because, frankly, I have no choice. |
Shipping |
I ship USPS First Class, usually with one to three days after order is placed. If it is a custom order I will give you an approximation of how long it will take me to get it put to you. Tracking numbers are automatically provided so that you and I can be sure your order is on its way.
I can ship internationally to certain areas, but do to the cost involved I use the least expensive methods possible. I mean, let's face it, you don't want to order a$25.00 piece and pay another $30.00 for shipping. |
Refund & Exchanges |
1.Refunds: while I will be disappointed if you decide you don't like a piece, I will understand and I offer refunds up to 30 days after you receive your order.
2. Losses- I track your order and if for some reason it doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, I will offer to send another piece or, if that is not possible, a full refund including shipping costs. 3. Damages - if it arrives broken, send it back and I will repair it at no cost to you. If it breaks through normal wear, send it back and I will be happy to repair it for you. |
Additional Policies and FAQs |
This is the place where I'm suppose to tell you about my additional policies. Instead, I'm going to lay it on the line here....
I love jewelry and if I order a piece, I want to be able to wear it, have it look good and have it stay in good condition for as long as possible. I don't work in real gold or silver, so there is an expected amount of work in caring for your piece on your end. Do buff with a soft clothe from time to time, don't wear any piece in the pool or ocean, or while showering or doing dishes. The people I order supplies from tell me that the wires and findings they are selling me are tarnish resistant. Because I wear jewelry made from these same supplies, I've come to learn which suppliers are telling me the truth and which I will no longer do business with. And finally - each piece is made by hand so there are going to be imperfections. I try to keep all my work as uniform as possible so if there is some major goof, it's not going up in the shop at all. |
