All items are shipped within 1-3 business days after the following is complete. (Closed weekends & holidays)
-Full payment is received
-Full and correct address is provided
-All packages will be shipped to the address provided
-Please let us know if you would like your package to be shipped to a different address or if it is being shipped as a gift
-All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail International.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 1-3 weeks
North America: 3-7 business days
Europe: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

What type of shipping do you offer?

We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Our products vary in size and weight so we do our best to choose the best shipping option for each item in order to give you the best price available. We mainly use Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail International and all are insured. Occasionally we use USPS parcel select but this option is NOT insured and it is slower. You will be notified when your order has shipped and tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail.

**NOTE**
International Customers are responsible for all and any VAT (Value Added Tax) and import charges.

Refund & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale

REFUNDS: I want you to love your purchase and be 100% satisfied. Please message me within 7 days of receipt to authorize your return. I will give you a return authorization code and help you with any packaging questions.

Products need to be in resellable condition, in our original protective packaging and shipped back at buyers expense. Your PayPal refund for the item amount will be processed upon receipt of your returned item in resellable condition. I do not refund shipping fees on returned goods.

DAMAGE:

It is imperative that you contact me regarding any damage within 7 days of receipt. I will ask you to photograph the damage itself and the product's outer packaging. Shipping companies require photos of the product itself and the outer/inner packaging during the claims process.
Claims for damages and shortages will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt. PLEASE OPEN AND CHECK ALL ITEMS FOR DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY.

Blissful Creations By The Sea Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through Handmade Artists.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Handmade Artists or any third-party services you access through Handmade Artists. Please refer to Handmade Artists’s Privacy Policy.

Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Handmade Artists to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example) if you contact me directly.

WHY I NEED THIS INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list;

- Handmade Artists. We share information with Handmade Artists as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Handmade Artists Seller Policy and Handmade Artists Terms of Use.
- Service providers. We may engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies and or USPS. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
- Business Transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. We describe these rights below:

- Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
- Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) We will generally delete your personal information upon request.
- Object. You can object to our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons. To opt out of emails that you have previously given us personal consent to join, you may also click the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of any emails sent to you from Blissful Creations by the Sea. This does not include messages direct from Handmade Artists, as we do not send these emails personally and you would need to unsubscribe from Handmade Artists's specific emails and services in order to retract your consent. Your request can be made directly to Handmade Artists.

- Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
