I believe that to make beautiful things you must first feel the beauty in your heart and soul. My tastes are very eclectic and my items reflect that. I try to bring out beauty and simplicity with surreal attitudes.

Payment

Payment is expected within 24 hours. Your items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, so cancellations are not accepted after the item has shipped.

Shipping

Shipping occurs within 24 hours. I ship parcel post USPS with delivery confirmation. If you require a different or faster form of shipment please note this is the purchase and I will contact you with pricing options. International customers must contact me prior to purchase to get pricing on shipping.

Refund & Exchanges

Refunds are given only when the item is received back in original condition. If you are not happy with your purchase, I will refund your payment less shipping. The customer must also pay return postage. Items that are found to have defects of any sort will also have the return shipping paid.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I take all alchemy and custom order requests. If I cannot work with you on your item, I will not accept payment or take on the order. Custom orders require a non-refundable material deposit that is quoted to the customer before the order is final. Estimated time, cost, and shipping will also be provided. If the cost of the custom order is more than quoted, the customer will be advised. In the case that a custom order is significantly less than quoted the customer will also be advised and refund or adjustments are made accordingly.
