Payment

Payments will be via Paypal and taxes will be included. Every buy will need at least 24 hours in advance to be cancelled and a fee of $10.00 will be kept if the order is cancelled after 24 hours of the order. An email will be send to you as soon as the order is received and as soon as the product is mailed an email with the tracking number will be provided as well.

Shipping

Shipping will be US postal service and the customer will receive an email with the confirmation of the order and a new follow up email as soon as the products are shipped. This follow up email will include the tracking number for the product.

Refund & Exchanges

Every product that is mail to our customers will be verified and will be shipped packed and complete. If the product arrives with damages or is lost. The client will be in charge or ship the product back to our offices and if lost when sent to the right shipping address in the order, Banana Leaf Creations cannot be hold responsible of such. We will verify in our confirmation email your shipping address to make sure that you receive your products safe and sound

Additional Policies and FAQs

Our products can be customized, please give us from 7 to 10 days to complete short orders and up to a month to complete bigger orders. We will ask for a phone number and email address if your order needs to be ship in a different way or is a bigger project that needs more time. Our customers satisfaction is our number one priority as our customer service a number will be included for you to be able to contact our offices if you have any question.
