Payment |
| I am happy to custom-make anything. Just send me a message. Any custom-made item is usually finished (under ordinary circumstances) within a fortnight.
I am happy to discuss any problems or queries you may have. |
Shipping |
| Shipping to the US is surface mail, to keep the costs to the buyer down. I rely on good faith between me and my buyers (rather than signed-for), though I will of course change that policy if I find it unworkable. For me, this is about keeping the 'extra' costs down for you. |

| Refunds and exchanges are possible under extraordinary circumstances. Just talk to me. |
