We hope that customers enjoy our art and handcrafted items as much as our friends and family have over the years! Besides what you see listed on our shop, we specialize in custom made orders, so feel free to contact us, and we can discuss the possibilities and a price!

Payment

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, and money orders. Items paid for by money orders will not ship until money order is cashed into seller's account. We accept Etsy gift cards.

Shipping

Please check to make sure your shipping address is correct, and keep your PayPal and credit card information up to date. If the package is returned to me as undeliverable or you failed to update your address, you will be responsible for the additional S/H costs.

Refund & Exchanges

On crafted items, we will supply the customer with a photo of the item before shipping. Once the customer confirms this is how they want the item, it will be shipped out. We welcome custom orders or revisions to existing items. Satisfaction guaranteed policy, If you have any issues with your items, you can contact us within 60 days of the receipt of your item. You will receive a full refund upon return of item if contacted within 60 days. Buyer to pay return shipping. If you have any issues with your item, please contact us so we can work to remedy the problem. On some custom made orders, there may be a nonrefundable portion to cover materials. Please refer to individual item description for this.
