I originally had in my mind to classify this as a travel journal but now decided this would be great for anyone that loves the kitschy retro Americana look of this Rt66 fabric covered book for what ever the purpose! 

Inside this 6.5"x8.5" book you'll find a generous 220 pages (front & back) of a soft dove grey vellum parchment. Not recommended for wet media but great for pencil, pen, Conte Crayon, pastel, or crayon. There are 10 pocketed pages made of heavyweight ivory parchment to tuck away ticket stubs, postcards, ephemera etc. 

It is coptic bound with maroon cotton thread, silver metal eyelets and lies nicely flat when open. It is kept shut with a 1" red ribbon embellished with a Rt66 antiqued silver metal charm.
