PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand using natural materials, so no two items are identical. We use the natural imperfections as design elements. That's the beauty of the product! What you see in the photo is what you will receive. We love to make custom item for our customers. |
Payment |
| Paypal is the method of payment for Wyndwalker Creations.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. |
Shipping |
| In most cases we ship within the US Via Priority Mail (2-3 days) within 2 days of payment.
All shipped items over $50.00 are insured. If you would like to insure an item of lesser value at the cost of $2.00 please contact us prior to your purchase so we can add this charge.. Insurance covers goods damaged or lost in transit. International shipping is available on some of our items. In most case they will be shipped Priority Mail (6-10 days in most cases). If you would like to save on shipping we can ship First Class Mail (4-6 weeks). Please contact us for fees. International customers: please be aware of your importing laws and know that your country may charge you a custom/duty tax upon delivery. This tax is not included in your shipping fee and is not a charge from us, but imposed by your country. To find out more about your country's taxes, you can contact your customs department, tell them what your ordering and how much the item is and they should be able to tell you an approximate amount you may be charged. Refund & Exchanges |
| We guarantee our workmanship, if you receive a damaged or defective item I will be happy to fix or replace it. Our top priority is that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition within 7 days and we will make you another one or you can exchange it for something else in our store. Buyer pays all shipping costs.
