Payment

I currently only accept Paypal as a payment method. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can use Paypal to pay with a credit card. Just choose the option 'PayPal' and then follow the 'pay by credit card' link.

Payment should be made at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours of Paypal purchase, the transation will be cancelled. See Additional Information below for payments regarding Custom Orders.

Texas residents will have 6.75% sales tax added during checkout.

Shipping

Shipping is made on confirmation or receipt of payment.

Shipping rates quoted are via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you need an item quicker, contact me to explore other options.

Shipment will be made to the address on the Paypal account. Please make sure the address on your Paypal account is correct. If you want the shipment to go to another address, please notify me at the time of purchase with your permission to ship to an alternate address.

Please note that in order to be eco-friendly, I often reuse shipping containers and materials. If for some reason this is not appropriate (a gift,etc), then please let me know at time of purchase and I will do my best to accomodate you.

International Customers should contact me prior to ordering to determine shipping costs. Any duties or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Refund & Exchanges

I want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and will work hard to make any problems right. Please contact me to discuss any refunds or exchanges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you see an item you like, but would prefer a different color or style, please let me know. I will do my best to accomodate your wishes, but please remember that many of the items are unique, one of a kind or simply take a while to make.

Please be aware that while all materials and fabrics are washed or cleaned before shipping, I do produce some items in a cat-friendly environment. If allergies are a major problem, please contact me and we can see if there is a way to "de-cat" the creative process. 503 Service Unavailable
