| I am a lifelong artist currently living and working in central NC, USA. I love making things... In 2005, I was offered a chance to learn silver-smithing from a Master Silversmith. This opportunity opened up a whole new area of art. I enjoy creating items from sterling silver, and began experimenting with acid-etching metal several years ago. I first experimented with etching in general in the mid-1970's as another way of producing hand-colored limited edition fine art work. I am planning to begin experimenting with etching small silver items after the holidays. It should be fun, and I'll be posting about it on my blog.
